The Office of Board Member Malcolm Sanchez is now accepting scholarship applications for the Cebu Province–GIFTS Program, a scholarship initiative designed to support freshmen students currently enrolled in public colleges or universities.

👥 Who Can Apply?

✅ Resident of Mandaue City
✅ Currently enrolled in a public higher education institution as a freshman
✅ Meets the academic and documentary requirements set by the program

📝 Requirements:

📄 Report Card (at least 85% average)
📜 Certificate of Good Morale
🏠 Barangay Certification
🪪 Voter’s ID / Certification
💼 ITR or Tax Exemption Certificate
✉️ Letter of Attestation
📚 Study Load (from your currently enrolled college)
